1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You are enrolling a minor under your legal guardianship.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide online educational services including but not limited to:

  • Quran recitation and memorization

  • Tajweed instruction

  • Islamic studies

  • Arabic learning

Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Enrollment & Student Information

3.1 Accurate personal information is required for registration, scheduling, and communication.
3.2 You agree not to provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
3.3 We reserve the right to decline or terminate registration for any reason deemed necessary.

4. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

4.1 All fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan.
4.2 Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
4.3 Fees are non-refundable, except:

  • If classes cannot be provided due to our internal issues

  • If approved by management in writing

4.4 Failure to pay on time may result in:

  • Suspension of classes

  • Account deactivation

  • Cancellation of your slot

5. Scheduling, Attendance & Make-Up Classes

5.1 Students must attend scheduled classes punctually.
5.2 Make-up classes are only provided when the student informs us at least 4–6 hours in advance.
5.3 Frequent absences, without notice, may lead to termination without refund.
5.4 If a teacher is absent, a make-up class or substitute teacher will be arranged.

6. Teacher Substitution

We reserve the right to change or replace teachers at any time due to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Performance & evaluation

  • Emergencies

  • Service improvements

Substitution does not entitle the student to refunds.

7. Code of Conduct

Students/parents agree not to:

  • Engage in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Harass teachers or staff

  • Record classes without permission

  • Share class links, passwords, or materials with others

  • Use our services for commercial, unethical, or unlawful purposes

Violation may result in immediate termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All digital materials, including but not limited to:

  • Class content

  • Notes

  • PDFs

  • Videos

  • Audio recordings

are owned by Almawahib Quran Institute.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 We are not liable for:

  • Student-side internet or device issues

  • Technical failures of third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

  • Missed classes due to user negligence

  • Loss of data, profits, or any indirect damages

9.2 Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing cycle only.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle all personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Terms are violated

  • Misconduct occurs

  • False information is provided

  • Abuse or harassment is reported

No refund will be issued for violations of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
